I love when big brands get involved in the protection of biodiversity and was pleased to see French fashion brand Lacoste teaming up with the IUCN’s – Save Our Species to raise awareness as well as money for 10 threatened species.
Launched during Paris Fashion Week, Lacoste have created a capsule collection of ten Polo shirts that feature logos showing endangered animals – instead of their iconic crocodile.
Only 1775 Polo shirts will be produced. This highly limited number shows how scarce these endangered animals have now become as they correspond directly to the number of animals left in the wild.
Great news is that the range has sold out, but you can still make a contribution to Save our Species.
Nice to have you here
